Professional Development
Professional Development has recently been renamed Education and Training, and Civil Air Patrol has a lot of information on the program.
There are five levels of Professional Development / Education and Training:
Level III: The Leadership Phase
Level IV: Senior Leadership Phase
Level V: Executive Leadership Phase
Tracking Progress
In order to see what you have accomplished in the level on which you are currently working, first login to e-Services.
After logging in to e-Services, click/tap on the menu button 
in the top left corner of your screen to open the menu.
Since the menu contains a lot of options, the easiest way to find something is to use the search bar.
To find the Professional Levels selection, type Professional in the search bar.
This will take you to the Accomplishments page where you click/tap Professional Levels.
On the Professional Levels page, enter your CAPID and select the level which you wish to view.
