New Members
Welcome to Delta Composite Squadron,
Here is some information to help you get off to a successful start in Civil Air Patrol.
All Members
Once your application is processed by National Headquarters, you should receive an email with information on how to access Civil Air Patrol's e-Services website. At your first opportunity, login to e-Services and look around at the various areas using the menu which is available by clicking the top left corner.
While there are some initial items to take care that correspond to your type of membership, there are others which are common for all members, like many things that are covered in Online Training.
Cadets
All new cadets are enrolled in the Cadet Cohort Program to ensure they have the best chance at a successful start.
Direction and guidance on a successful start will be provided by the leader of your cohort.
Adult Members
Once you are able to login to e-Services, there are a few housekeeping items to get out of the way which are covered on the Senior Great Start page.
Also, senior members must complete Education and Training Level 1: Onboarding before taking part in exercises or events outside of the weekly squadron meeting.
Check with your unit Education and Training Officer for more information on completing Level 1.
Pilots
If you are a pilot, you are encouraged to develop and use your skills as a Civil Air Patrol pilot. To do that, your pilot certificate, current medical, current flight review, and other items must be documented in the Operations Qualifications section of e-Services.
Once your FAA qualifications are verified, you may begin Pilot Onboarding.
Please see our Pilot Information Page for more information.
